The entrance, through a spacious hallway, leads you to the bright living room, where you will find a comfortable lounge area, a dining area and a fully equipped American kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including induction hobs, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. A bay window opens onto the terrace equipped with garden furniture, an electric barbecue and an awning, ideal for outdoor meals and relaxing moments under the Vendée sun.
On the night side, you will find a separate toilet and a modern bathroom with an Italian shower. Two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm), guarantee you peaceful nights after busy days exploring the surroundings.
On the other side of the living room, you will have access to a practical back kitchen with a washing machine and a refrigerator with a high freezer. A garage converted into a storeroom offers you additional storage space for your beach gear and sports equipment. You can also park your car safely on the property.
We would like to point out that our house is strictly non-smoking and that pets are not allowed, to ensure the comfort of all our guests.
