This charming, detached, single-story house is located in Longeville-sur-Mer, on the edge of the forest in a peaceful rural setting. With 60 m² of living space, it can accommodate up to 4 people and features a bright 22 m² living room.

There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190 cm) and the other with two single beds (90x200 cm). The house has a shower room and a separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator-freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and dishes) opens onto the living room. Linens and bedding are provided: duvet and pillows.

For your comfort and convenience, the house includes a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, and clothes dryer/clothesline. There is also a television with an antenna and a smoke detector. Heating is provided by individual electric radiators, and hot water is supplied by a gas water heater.

Outside, enjoy a terrace and a 250 m² enclosed garden with garden furniture and a barbecue—ideal for al fresco dining and relaxation. On-site parking is available.
