Explore southern Vendée, nestled between the Vendée cycling routes (9 km) and the Marais Poitevin Regional Natural Park (Maillezais Abbey and boat landing 18 km away). A little further afield, you can visit the coastline, La Rochelle (49 km) or L'Aiguillon-la-Presqu'île (50 km). Finally, take advantage of the proximity to two theme parks: Puy du Fou (65 km) and Futuroscope (126 km). This gîte offers, on the ground floor, an entrance hall, a living/dining/kitchen area, a separate WC, and a bedroom with external access, furnished with a queen-size bed, a bathroom (shower and bathtub), and a WC. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), an en-suite shower room and toilet, and another bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and an en-suite bathroom (shower and bathtub) and toilet. On the upper floor of the building opposite, you will find a bedroom with a single bed (90 cm), a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), and a shower room/toilet. You will have a private outdoor area with garden furniture and a barbecue, and access to a shared, unheated swimming pool (12 x 6 m) for the owners, open from May to September. Ample parking is also available.
The accommodation in the second building (Rose rooms) is adjacent to the owners' residence.
Heating, bed linen, and towels are included.
