This fully renovated fisherman's cottage is ideally located a 3-minute walk from the water bus to Lorient/Groix, with several kilometers of coastal paths nearby, all shops within 5 minutes, and a seaside playground (basketball, football, pétanque, rocking horse, swing). This charming house, spread over 84 m² and boasting a sunny 18 m² terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, can accommodate 2 to 4/6 people. It features an open-plan kitchen/living room, two bedrooms: one with two bunk beds (140x190 cm) and the other a spacious, bright mezzanine bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. The property includes Wi-Fi. Parking is readily available nearby.
*Cleaning: We require that the bins, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles must be taken to the designated recycling containers in town. If you opted for the linen service, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.
