Upstairs, you will find a lounge with a sofa bed (sleeping two additional people for an extra charge) and a television, a desk area, two double bedrooms (160x200 cm beds), a twin bedroom (two 90x200 cm beds + a cot), a shower room (shower + sink), and a separate toilet. Outside: parking, covered terrace, sun loungers, barbecue, and relaxation area. Heating, electricity, made-up beds, towels, and linens are included in the price of your stay. Nestled in the hills above the Champagne vineyards, with breathtaking views of the surrounding slopes, 30 minutes from Châtillon-sur-Seine and the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient, and 45 minutes from Troyes, discover "L'Ubacchus." Set within a 2.5-hectare park with free-roaming animals (sheep, a horse, and pigs), you'll appreciate the décor, the quality of the materials, and unlimited access to the spa. For children, the owner offers horseback riding. Subject to availability and upon reservation, you can also enjoy a ride through the vineyards and a tasting of the owner's Champagne.
