Description of the accommodation

Villa Llucmajor, 4 bedrooms, 8 persons - API-1-53-21100

Precious terraced house located in the centre of Llucmajor. Just a few steps from the lively city square, where you can find restaurants, shops, etc.

The house is very well decorated with antique furniture and has been renovated everywhere. On the ground floor there is a living room, dining room, kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom. From the dining room you will have access to an outdoor living area with shade and the swimming pool. It is a deep pool, measuring 3 by 3 metres, with a deep end. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One of the rooms has direct access to a sunny terrace with sun loungers. This house has been equipped with all modern amenities. It also offers satellite TV and WIFI. The house is perfectly equipped for families with babies and children. It offers a cot and high chair free of charge.

The house is located on the other side of the street from the San Miguel church and also a few steps from the pedestrian street and the square. There is no private parking, but it is easy to park on the street outside the house. The area is safe and only residents' cars pass through the street. Please note that parking outside the house is metered (Monday to Saturday from 09:30 to 20:00h) and it is free to park outside of operating hours. The metered area ends at the end of the street, so parking around the corner is free 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The tourist tax will be charged at €2.2 per adult per night.
Days before their arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports.

Llucmajor is the largest municipality in Mallorca. Beaches with fine sand and wonderful coves merge along its 47 kilometres of coastline, ideal for practising sailing, fishing or diving.
The mild climate (average temperatures of 27º C in summer and 14º C in winter) and easy access to the entire area make Llucmajor's coast the ideal destination for all types of tourism, particularly family tourism.
Along Llucmajor's coast, you can enjoy wonderful viewpoints in Son Verí Nou, Maioris, Puig de Ros, Sa Torre, Badia Blava, Badia Gran and at the end of the Cap Blanc road, the lighthouse of the same name, Cala Pi beach and the defence towers of Cala Pi and S'Estalella.
Travelling along the Cap Blanc Road towards the Lighthouse, we pass by the S'Aguila Refuge, with spectacular views of the cliff.
Among the points of interest in the town of Llucmajor is the Church of San Bartolomé, a beautiful Gothic-style church dating from the 13th century. It is also worth visiting the weekly market in Llucmajor (Wednesday, Friday and Sunday mornings), where you can enjoy local products and crafts.
Regarding gastronomy, in Llucmajor you can enjoy delicious Mediterranean cuisine dishes, with specialities such as ensaimada and tumbet.
