The house, spanning 240 m² across three floors, features 3 bedrooms. One is located on the first floor with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms, each with a double bed, are situated on the ground floor. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. A cot and high chair are also available for guests with young children. In addition to the en-suite bathroom, there are two additional bathrooms on the ground floor: one with a shower and the other with a toilet.
The living-dining room is modern, bright, and cozy, featuring two sofas, a small table, satellite TV, a dining table with chairs, and air conditioning. The independent kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, is fully stocked with everything needed to cook comfortably. Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.


Sa Torre is a peaceful residential area that is part of Llucmajor, offering a serene atmosphere while being well-connected. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is within reach. Just 1 km away is Golf Maioris, and 8 km away you'll find the beautiful S'Arenal beach.
The city of Palma is charming and welcoming, with a variety of local and international shops. For shopping enthusiasts, there are several shopping centers and numerous stores to explore. The city offers a wide range of leisure activities both day and night. During the day, you can wander through the picturesque streets of the city center, visit the stunning La Seu Cathedral with its breathtaking sea views, stroll along the promenade, take a boat ride or bike tour, or explore various museums and art galleries, including Castell de Bellver. At night, the city comes alive with tapas bars, clubs, pubs, and more.
