Finca Na Pruna is a fantastic holiday home with a pool, located near Sineu, in the heart of Mallorca.

The property has more than 100,000m2 of land, so it is in the middle of nature, with sheep grazing daily during the winter months, fruit trees and paths where you can walk in peace.

The house has the Mallorcan rustic style, while having the comforts of a modern house, well decorated and cared for. It has 2 double rooms, one of them with 2 single beds and the other one with 1 double bed. The living/dining room is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances. Air conditioning units (cooling and heating) in the living room and in the two bedrooms, to ensure the comfort of the guests.

In the patio you will find a barbecue area and outdoor dining area, as well as a nice awninged seating area, next to the pool, which is large enough to comfortably fit all the guests. It comes with a ladder for convenient entry and exit.

Please note that the house is located in a forest area, so it is very important that guests do not smoke or make fire outside the assigned barbecue area. Between May 1 and October 15, the Balearic authorities prohibit bonfires and barbecues in forest areas, so for these months, we have an outdoor electric grill/barbecue.Reservations from groups of people under 23 years of age will not be accepted.

The ecotax is not included in the price and will be charged at the rate of €2.2 per adult and night (from May to October).Days before their arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports.
