Villa Soleina is a beautiful villa located in the quiet urbanization of La Riviera, just 4.5 km from the center of Lloret de Mar and only 15 minutes by car from Tossa de Mar. Villa Soleina has a maximum capacity for 12 people, has a private pool and barbecue area. The villa is made up of 2 floors that are connected by an external staircase. In the upper part of the house you can find a living-dining room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms with a shower. The upper part of the house has direct access to the outdoor area, pool and barbecue area. Going down the exterior stairs we reach the lower floor of the house which is made up of a large living room with a dining area and a pool table, a fully equipped independent kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a shower. This holiday residence is very suitable for several families, being very spacious and having everything you need to enjoy your holidays. A few minutes by car you have the town center, restaurants, shops and nightlife. Lloret de Mar is located to the south of the Costa Brava, 60 km from Barcelona, its municipal area is 47 km2, it has five main beaches with a total of 7 km of coastline. The EEC has awarded its beaches the Blue Flag, which is the mark that guarantees an optimal state of both water and sand quality and services. Lloret is considered one of the towns with the most sports facilities and with a commercial, leisure and gastronomic offer that, together with the hotel infrastructure, apartments and houses, occupies the first place in number, variety and quality of all the tourist areas of the country. Barcelona (Airport): 120 km Girona (Airport): 35 km !!! Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not accepted in this holiday residence !!!!
