Located in a residential area 2 km from the centre and beach of Lloret de Mar, one of the most charming villages on the Costa Brava, this house is ideal for a family holiday on the Costa Brava! Outdoor area with private swimming pool and jacuzzi, a covered terrace where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals with oven and barbecue. Interior surface area of 210m2 spread over two floors. On the upper floor, at street level, there are 2 suites (double bed and bathroom with shower in each), one of which has a terrace with sea views, 1 bedroom with a single bed and another with a trundle bed; another bathroom with shower. On the lower floor there is another suite (double bed and shower) with access to the terrace; a large living-dining room with TV, a fully equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine).
