Apart from two steps leading to the house, it is all on one level and features a large open-plan living area: kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi, and a wood-burning stove; a laundry room with a washing machine; a bathroom with a large shower and toilet; a bedroom with a single bed (90x190cm) and a desk; and adjoining this bedroom, a second bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm). All-inclusive accommodation includes: bed linen with beds made upon arrival, towels, cleaning (provided the property is left in a reasonable condition), firewood, heating, and electricity (subject to reasonable consumption). Next to the cottage, a grocery store is open 24/7. It's ideally located for accessing the Nevers Magny-Cours racetrack, visiting the "Street Art City" park in Lurcy-Lévis, or strolling through the Apremont floral park. The cottage is on the ground floor with two steps leading outside.
