The owners, Lel and Jonathan, have restored this building to create a high-end gîte. Their warm welcome will delight you.
The property is set in a natural setting, offering you the peace and quiet of the countryside, with its tall trees, flora, and fauna. Come visit the Pays de la Loire region with its sweeping panoramas, wide skies, distant horizons, and hidden valleys. This is a part of France that many drive through and is waiting to be discovered!

Outing ideas within a 30-minute radius: the Robert Tatin Museum, the Rincerie leisure center in Selle Craonnaise, Craon Castle, and the brand new Craon aquatic center (sports and leisure pool, sauna, and jacuzzi). Château-Gontier animal refuge.

The fishing pond, over 1 hectare in size and 1.5 meters deep, is teeming with mirror and common carp, roach, and koi. Three people can fish, each with a maximum of three lines.

A little extra: the family who built our house, located on the same property as our Ravalières gîte, were close friends of Robert Tatin. The artist and sculptor decorated the walls of the living room, staircase, and kitchen of their home. An engraving of "The Clown" was dedicated to a member of their family. They will be happy to share information with you!

(Jacuzzi info: the fee is payable to the owner in cash on site - notify the owners before your stay.) Pets (dogs) are allowed, provided they do not climb on the beds or sofas (please bring their own blankets).

Single beds are 90 cm wide, super-king beds are 1.8 m wide. All beds are 2 meters long.

Heating: Underfloor heating on the ground floor is free at 19°C. Additional heating (for cold weather) is available for €15/day, payable in cash to the owner.
Jacuzzi: €60/stay, payable in cash to the owner (please indicate if required when booking).

Above-ground, unheated pool, ideal from May to September. Included in the price.

Standard amenities include:
All towels, including jacuzzi towels
Egyptian cotton bed linen (beds will be made)
Dove shower gel and soap
Paper towels, kitchen roll, aluminum foil, cling film, and condiments such as oil, vinegar, herbs, salt, pepper, etc.
Dishwasher tablets and dishwashing liquid
A welcome pack including wine, beer, soft drinks, milk, orange juice, coffee, cereal, sweets, home-grown eggs, butter, and cheese.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the cottage. Wi-Fi: non-binding information: 217.1 Mbps reception, 251.2 Mbps upload, 19ms latency.

Flat-screen TV with HDMI ports, free-to-air French and English channels.

Gas barbecue and utensils

Fishing: €200 per week or €25 per day per person, payable in cash to the owner.

Cleaning is optional at €60.

Fitted kitchen, comfortable living room, 2 bedrooms upstairs, 2 shower rooms, including 1 on the ground floor, and 2 toilets, including 1 on the ground floor. Beds are made upon arrival.
Baby equipment available: travel cot, 2 booster seats, changing mat, baby bath, 2 stair gates, and step stools.
