Ideal for a stay with family or friends, it is situated in a peaceful setting, close to the ocean and on the edge of the beautiful Landes forest.
The house features a bright living room with a sofa bed providing two additional sleeping spaces and a TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped: hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. Everything is provided for easy cooking.
The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). A shower room with a hairdryer is available, as well as a separate toilet. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience.
Outside, a pleasant private garden allows you to enjoy sunny days. It is equipped with a table and chairs, sun loungers for relaxing, and a barbecue for al fresco dining. Parking is available within the residence, but not assigned spaces.
In terms of location, you are ideally situated to discover the region's natural treasures. Just a few kilometers away, you can enjoy the superb beaches of Contis and Cap de l’Homy, renowned for their unspoiled setting, vast expanse, and waves popular with surfers. Numerous cycle paths and trails crisscross the surrounding area, perfect for exploring the countryside on foot or by bike.
The village of Lit-et-Mixe offers all the necessary amenities: shops, a market, restaurants, summer activities… and a typical Landes atmosphere, nestled between the ocean, pine forests, and local traditions.
