Welcome to Lit-et-Mixe, to a charming holiday home located in a peaceful area bordering the forest. You'll be ideally situated to fully enjoy the charms of the Landes coast. The magnificent beaches of Cap de l’Homy and Contis, much appreciated for their natural beauty and family-friendly atmosphere, are easily accessible by car, by bicycle thanks to the numerous cycle paths, or even via the summer shuttle service provided by the town.

The house is ideal for a stay as a couple, with family, or with friends.

It includes a separate, fully equipped kitchen (tabletop refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, Italian coffee maker, kettle, toaster), a living room with a sofa bed, a television, and two single beds (90 cm) that can be used as extra sleeping spaces. The master bedroom has two single beds (90 cm) pushed together to form a comfortable king-size bed (180 cm). You will also find a bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, toilet, and washing machine. Outside, a garden awaits you to fully enjoy sunny days, complete with garden furniture, a table, chairs, a parasol, and a barbecue for al fresco dining or relaxing moments.

Please note: the house is located on the same property as the owners' holiday home. Depending on the season, you may encounter them, but they will remain discreet and respectful of your privacy. Nestled between the ocean, nature, and a village atmosphere, this house offers an ideal setting for a relaxing and authentic holiday in the Landes region.
End-of-stay cleaning is included.
