Located in the pretty village of Lit-et-Mixe, this house is ideal for a vacation with family or friends. It can accommodate up to 8 people and offers a perfect setting between forest and ocean. Cap de l'Homy beach is just 7 km away, accessible either by a bike path located just 200 m away and which crosses our beautiful forests, or by a free shuttle in season. Contis beach is also nearby, approximately 9 km away.
The house offers a cozy living room with a dining area, a sofa, a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, and all the essentials for cooking. A laundry room completes the amenities with a refrigerator-freezer, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. For sleeping accommodations, the house features two bedrooms with double beds (140 cm), a third bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), and a separate sleeping area with a double sofa bed. There are also two bathrooms, one of which has been fully renovated with a toilet, and a second separate toilet.
Outside, enjoy a large enclosed garden of approximately 2,400 m², perfect for children, with garden furniture, lounge chairs for sunbathing, and an electric barbecue for al fresco dining. A garage is also available for safe parking. For the more active, a skate park, a bowling alley, and a basketball court are located just steps from the house.
Please note: During local festivals, which take place from July 18th to 20th, stalls and festivities are set up just steps from the house. These festive and convivial moments may cause some noise pollution during these few days. Optional services:
