Gite Ligny-le-Ribault, 4 bedrooms, 7 persons - FR-1-590-552

Marcel and Dominique Fichelle welcome you to Ligny le Ribault (45240) in the outbuildings of Bon Hôtel, in the Sologne region. Enjoy the tranquility of this charming property with its oak-shaded garden. The gîte is located 21 kilometers south of Orléans, between La Ferté-Saint-Aubin, Chambord, Beaugency, Meung-sur-Loire, and Lamotte-Beuvron.
Hiking, cycling, visiting castles, or exploring the various golf courses—you'll be at the heart of numerous activities.
The 7-person gîte has been fully renovated, blending tradition and modernity. It is self-contained but situated on a larger property. GROUND FLOOR (56m²) - south and west facing: Entrance hall, separate WC, fully equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, extractor hood, etc.) and dining table for 10 people.
Living room with a large cabinet, sofas, flat-screen TV, and a designer wood-burning stove. Very bright room with a large French window opening south onto the garden and terrace.
Built-in closet/small laundry room with washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, and ironing board. |

- Bedroom 2 (23.45 m² - south-facing): One queen-size bed (160x200 cm), view of the terrace and forest. En-suite shower room with walk-in shower (3.88 m²) + separate toilet (1.78 m²). - Bedroom 3 (12 m² - west-facing): Two single beds (90x200 cm), courtyard and castle view.

- Bedroom 4 (9 m² - west-facing): One single bed (90x200 cm), courtyard and castle view.
Bathroom (with bathtub), shared by bedrooms 3 and 4 (4.44 m²) + separate toilet (1.63 m²).

Private hallway (5 m²).

OUTSIDE: Garden with private terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, and ping-pong table.

INCLUDED: End-of-stay cleaning, electricity, and heating are included in the price. Bed linens, towels (one large and one small per person), and bath mats are provided and also included in the price.

For longer stays, cleaning is included every two weeks, including one cleaning at the end of the stay.
