Ground floor: 80 m² living room where the oil mill is still located, fireplace, kitchen, toilet, laundry room, 1 bedroom (double bed) with en-suite shower room/toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (double bed + 2 single beds) and 1 bedroom (double bed + 3 single beds), each with en-suite shower room and toilet. Table football.
Private enclosed grounds with terrace, picnic tables, barbecue, small slide. Nearby, shared with a gîte and bed and breakfast rooms: 6x12 m swimming pool, unsupervised (protected by a safety gate, roller shutter, wall and fence), open from May 15th to September 15th depending on the weather, and a summer fireplace for relaxing in the evening.
Fiber optic Wi-Fi. Beds made upon arrival, towels and kitchen linen provided. Firewood €50 per half stere
For babies: 2 travel cots, 1 high chair, 1 baby bath, 1 changing mat.

A €150 cleaning deposit will be required upon arrival. This renovated former mill on the banks of the Collinaud River has retained its waterwheel and oil millstone. An authentic setting with all the necessary comforts.

Madame Matignon welcomes you in a friendly atmosphere to the family estate surrounded by vineyards of the Grande Champagne du Cognac, including the main house, the Collinauds gîte with its enclosed courtyard, as well as an old oil and flour mill converted into a group gîte. She will help you discover what makes this country so attractive, where what is known as the liqueur of the gods is produced: the landscapes but also the people. You can still learn how people lived on the estate more than a century ago thanks to the exhibition of horse-drawn carriages and old tools.
