In Berry and Brenne, in the charming hamlet of Château Guillaume, a stone's throw from its castle, a characterful house renovated with traditional and eco-friendly materials.

Things to see: the Brenne ponds, Saint-Benoît-du-Sault (one of the most beautiful villages in France), Argenton-sur-Creuse and the Valley of the Painters, the Romanesque art of Poitou, and Futuroscope... Cottage with garden (small pond) and terrace.

On the ground floor: living/dining room with wood-burning stove - fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace and garden - shower room and toilet.

Upstairs: one bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and one bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and two single beds (90x190 cm).

Single sofa bed in the living room.

Bike storage and laundry room with dryer in the outbuilding.
Parking on the property.

Electric heating (charged according to consumption).
Cleaning fee of €50 charged per stay. Business stays, as well as bed linen rental at €11 per person.
