Nestled for four centuries at the end of a quiet country lane, this renovated farmhouse in the heart of the Loir Valley and the Jasnières vineyards welcomes all those seeking old-world charm, tranquility, and space. A pond, frogs, a hammock, a pétanque court, and a barbecue await you on 6,000 square meters of unfenced, private land... experience unforgettable moments in an exceptional setting.

On the ground floor: A kitchen equipped with an electric oven, a gas stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, a traditional coffee maker, a Tassimo machine, and ample crockery and dishes for your entire stay.
A living/dining room with a fireplace (not for use), a wood-burning stove, a large wooden table, two sofas, a large-screen television, and a stereo system.
A bathroom with a shower, a vanity unit with a sink and storage, a washing machine, and a separate toilet. A bedroom with a view of the countryside, featuring a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a wardrobe with hanging space and shelves.

Upstairs, on the mezzanine level, accessed by a rather steep staircase, is a large room with two single beds (90 cm) on one side and a double bed (140 cm) at the other. Skylights provide ample natural light and ventilation.

Outside: A large, unfenced 6,000 m² plot of land, offering complete privacy, with fruit trees and an unfenced pond.

You will have access to garden furniture, deck chairs, hammocks, a barbecue, a pétanque court, some outdoor games, and two adult mountain bikes.

Please bring your own charcoal.
There is parking for up to three cars along the side of the house. Exceptionally, a closed garage is available for a classic car only.
This charming farmhouse has been in the family for several generations. We are renovating it little by little. We hope you will have as good a time here as we have! The village of Lhomme is 4 km away: butcher, bakery, grocery store, restaurants, bar.
La Chartre-sur-le-Loir is 7 km away: supermarket, numerous shops, lovely antique markets, a large 35-hectare lake for fishing, and of course, its famous Jasnières white wines.
La Chartre-sur-le-Loir is also a major gathering place during the 24 Hours of Le Mans or Le Mans Classic. Many classic cars then parade through the town.
8 km away, in Marçon: a leisure center for swimming, open in the summer.
Beautiful cycling routes through the vineyards.
Visit the Loire Valley castles.
Note: The interior staircase is a bit steep. It is equipped with a special safety gate for children on the upper floor.

The pond is unfenced and can be dangerous for children who cannot swim. Please note that your children remain your sole responsibility.
Depending on the season, firewood for the stove is provided in moderation.
Pets are welcome upon request.
