In the heart of a charming medieval town in Berry, nestled near the Porte de Champagne, stands our meticulously renovated village house, designed to offer you an unforgettable stay. Ideally located between Châteauroux and the majestic Château de Valençay, our home is the perfect starting point for exploring the region's treasures.

We also offer an added bonus: a dedicated children's playroom where they can have fun and be entertained in complete safety, including a pool table that promises hours of fun for all ages. In this welcoming house, two steps lead to the ground floor where you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms, an additional sitting area, and a bathroom with a toilet. The cellar houses a games room with a pool table and foosball. A sofa in the living room or on the landing can be used as an extra bed. Enjoy the public garden opposite the house. Public parking is available, and cleaning and heating are included.
