Gite Leuglay, 2 bedrooms, 4 persons - FR-1-819-297
Peacefully located in the heart of the Forêts National Park (in Champagne and Burgundy), this contemporary two-story wood and aluminum cottage features a polished concrete floor. The ground floor features a living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and direct access to a beautiful wooden terrace. One bedroom with two twin beds (80 cm). A bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs: one bedroom with two twin beds (80 cm).
Heating is provided by a high-efficiency pellet stove. Additional bedding is available in the living room (€10/day supplement) or in the downstairs bedroom. Crib and high chair are available upon request.
Parking and shared grounds spanning 2 hectares. Four other gîtes on the grounds offer a total capacity of 20 to 25 people (under the references: H21G027773 - H21G027769 - H21G027775 and H21P028049 for the whole).
Next to the gîtes, the old train station serves as a reception area with toilets, a shared laundry room (washing machine and dryer), and a caretaker's quarters upstairs. A basketball hoop and volleyball net are also available. PLEASE NOTE: THE GITES DE LA GARE DE LEUGLAY DO NOT HAVE THE TOURISM AND DISABILITY LABEL.
The common room (equipped with a kitchenette with an oven, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave) is available free of charge to tenants booking four or more gîtes at the same time (except for a mandatory €60 cleaning fee). For bookings of four gîtes, this Room.

Ring road to the Toison d'or roundabout. Take direction: Is sur Tille, Grancey le Château, Recey sur Ource, Leuglay. Coming from the North East: Exit the motorway at Langres sud, then Auberive, Recey sur ource, Leuglay. The lodgings are located at the entrance or exit of the village depending on your origin, on the site of the old station.
