Enjoy this charming beachfront apartment in Les Sables d’Olonne. Ideal for a relaxing seaside holiday, this 30 m² studio, located on the 4th floor of an 8-story building, boasts a south-facing aspect and a direct view of the sea just 20 meters away. Bright and in good general condition, it features a balcony perfect for enjoying the sea breeze and sunsets.

The 16 m² living area is furnished with sofa beds and can accommodate up to 3 people. This functional, open-plan space features floors and walls in good condition for immediate comfort. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, extractor hood, sink, coffee maker (pod and traditional), kettle, toaster, pressure cooker, and dishes. You will also find a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, clothes dryer/drying rack, flat-screen TV, TV antenna, smoke detector, and intercom.
