A 100 m² private enclosed garden is available at the rear, along with a terrace (garden furniture with parasol, table and chairs protected by an awning, deckchairs, and a plancha grill), and a 12 m² garden shed. Off-street parking in front of the cottage. Les Sables-d'Olonne town center is 2 km away. Heating included from October 15th to April 15th. Bed linen provided.
