Located in the heart of the city center, between the harbor and the beach, this house comprises, on the raised ground floor, an entrance hall with a staircase leading to a living room with a sofa bed for two people and a flat-screen TV. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an oven, extractor fan, refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, and everything you need for cooking. Downstairs, there is an alcove with two 90 x 190 cm beds and a sleeping alcove with a 140 x 190 cm bed. You will find a bathroom with a shower, heated towel rail, washing machine, and toilet.
