Discover the charm of the Chaume district by staying in this pleasant apartment located in a small residence just 200 meters from the wild coast. You will enjoy the proximity of a small beach 600 meters away, the large Sables beach 900 meters via the ferry, and the lively shops of the quays also 900 meters away.

This apartment, located on the 1st floor without elevator, consists of a bright living room with kitchenette, opening onto a loggia equipped with garden furniture. It also includes a bedroom with two 90 cm bunk beds, a second bedroom with two 80 cm beds, a bathroom and separate toilet. A reserved parking space awaits you in the residence.

The equipment includes a fridge-freezer, two ceramic hobs, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washer-dryer, WIFI and a television.
