- A bathroom with bathtub, sink.
- An independent toilet.

On the 2nd floor :

- 2 bedrooms : each with 2 single beds.
- A bathroom with shower and sink.

Additional equipment : outdoor parking, raclette and fondu set, robot/blender and WIFI. Pets not allowed.
