Situated on the 3rd floor with elevator access (Entrance A), it features a west-facing balcony with stunning mountain views. A free shuttle stop is just 150 meters away, making it easy to reach the slopes.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. The sleeping area includes one bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a living room with a sofa bed for two people.

For your convenience, the apartment has a bathroom with a separate WC, as well as a shower room, ensuring comfort and practicality for all occupants.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a combination microwave-oven, cooking hob, dishwasher, and refrigerator, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. The apartment also features a television for your entertainment.

A large furnished balcony lets you enjoy the outdoors. A ski locker (no. 21) and a covered parking space (no. 21) are also provided. The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. Heating and hot water are individually controlled and electric.
