Located directly on the Figaro ski run and just 500 metres from local shops, this apartment offers ideal access to mountain activities.

Size and Aspect :
The apartment measures 29.8 m² and features a south-facing balcony with direct views of the slopes. It is situated in building B, on the garden level (basement level), without a lift.

Sleeping Arrangements :
The living room includes a double sofa bed. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed and a cabin with two bunk beds (the top bunk is not suitable for children under six years old).

Bathroom Facilities :
Shower room and separate WC.

Fully Equipped Kitchenette :
Oven, microwave, two electric hotplates, dishwasher, fridge, and Nespresso machine.

Entertainment :
Flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi connection.

Additional Amenities
Washer-dryer, ski locker. A covered parking space is included, located 100 metres from the residence and accessible via an outdoor sloping path. Access to the parking is via a car lift (length 5.25 m, width 2.40 m, height 2 m). Heating and hot water are individual electric systems.

End-of-stay cleaning available on request (70 euros to 273 euros). Towels can be hired (10 euros per set) as well as bed linen (23 euros per bed). Bed linen is included for bookings from December to April (excluding short stays). Baby equipment is available for hire.
