Located 750 m from the slopes and at the foot of the shops, this 55 m² apartment enjoys an ideal location for a mountain stay with family or friends. Situated on the 1st floor of Entrance A, without elevator, it features a south-facing balcony offering lovely views over the village.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests. The sleeping area includes one bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom separated from the living room by a movable partition with two bunk beds (the upper bunk is not recommended for children under 6 years old), and a living room with a sofa bed for two people.
For your convenience, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and separate WC.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, three gas hobs, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with freezer compartment, allowing you to prepare meals easily.
For added comfort, the apartment includes a flat-screen TV and a washing machine. A cellar is also available, as well as a garage in the neighboring “Mont-Blanc” residence. Heating and hot water are communal.
Several optional services are available upon request: end-of-stay cleaning (€70 to €273), towel rental (€10 per set), bed linen rental (bed linen is included for all bookings from December to April, excluding short stays, €23 per bed), mini-box Internet rental (€49/week), and baby equipment. Guests can also benefit from attractive discounts of up to 35% on ski passes (depending on the period) and equipment rental.
The apartment is not accessible to guests with reduced mobility.
