Located at the foot of the ski slopes and only 550 metres from the shops, this studio apartment with a mezzanine is on the 2nd floor of a residence with a lift. With a surface area of approximately 43 m², it features an east-facing balcony, ideal for enjoying the morning light and views of the mountain surroundings.
The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. The living room includes a sofa bed for two people, while the open mezzanine upstairs has three single beds, providing additional sleeping space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, two ceramic hobs, a dishwasher and a refrigerator, allowing you to easily prepare meals during your stay.

The property also includes a bathroom with a bathtub and separate WC. A flat-screen TV is available in the living area. A cellar (No. 1) is also included. Heating and hot water are individually powered by electricity.
