4-room apartment located in the Les Rousseroles residence, just 300 metres from the ski slopes and 50 metres from the shops. Situated on the first floor with lift access, the apartment offers 70 m² of living space and features a south-east facing terrace with an open view.

The property accommodates up to 8 guests. It includes a living room with a double sofa bed, two bedrooms each with a double bed, and a cabin with bunk beds (the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old). The apartment has a shower room with WC, an additional bathroom, and a separate WC.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a combination oven, induction hobs, dishwasher, and refrigerator. A flat-screen TV is available in the living area. Laundry facilities include a washing machine.

A private parking space (no. 7) is provided, along with a ski locker. Heating and hot water are individually controlled and electric. Pets are not allowed.

Additional services are available upon request, including end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towel hire, and baby equipment rental. Bed linen is included for all bookings between December and April (excluding short stays). Discounts of up to 35% are available on ski passes and equipment hire.
