Description of the accommodation

Chalet Les Carroz d'Araches, 3 bedrooms, 8 persons - FR-1-572-32

This detached 88 m² chalet (including 10 m² with ceiling height under 1.80 m) is spread over two levels and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Tastefully decorated in a contemporary style, it offers stunning views of the Aravis mountain range. Located 800 metres from the village centre and 1,500 metres from the ski lifts (accessible by car), the property features two southwest-facing terraces and four private outdoor parking spaces located 50 metres from the chalet.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with twin beds and one bedroom with a double bed. On the ground floor, a small cabin bedroom offers bunk beds (top bunk not suitable for children under 6). The chalet includes a bathroom with WC and a separate shower room with WC, both located on the upper floor.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave with grill function, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room includes a flat-screen TV, DVD player and a wood-burning stove for a warm and cosy atmosphere.

Heating and hot water are provided via individual electric systems. Pets are not allowed.

Additional services are available for booking: end-of-stay cleaning, linen hire, and baby equipment. For your winter holidays, enjoy discounts of up to 35% on ski passes and equipment rental. Bed linen is included for all bookings from December to April (excluding short stays).
