Perfect for a couple or a family stay, this functional and well-designed apartment features a pleasant east-facing balcony. Ideally located, it is just 750 metres from the ski slopes and only 140 metres from the shops.

With a surface area of 26 m², it includes a bedroom with a double bed and a living room equipped with a trundle sofa bed (two single mattresses side by side). The bathroom has a bathtub, and the toilet is separate.

The kitchenette comes equipped with an oven, microwave, four electric hotplates, and a refrigerator. For your relaxation, a flat-screen TV is also available.

Located on the 1st floor of building A, the apartment is accessible by elevator. It features individual electric heating and collective hot water. A ski locker, located on level -2 opposite the elevator, as well as a private garage (no. 41), are included. Pets are not allowed.

For holidays with friends, other apartments (ref. MBA116, MBA001, MBA251, MBA363, and MBA469) are available within the same residence.

Optional services include end-of-stay cleaning, linen rental, baby equipment, and discounted ski passes and equipment rental with reductions of up to 35%. Bed linen is included for all bookings from December to April, except for short stays.
