It is situated on the first floor of a residence without a lift and features a south-east-facing terrace with an open view.

The apartment sleeps up to 7 guests. It includes one bedroom with two single beds, a second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a third bedroom with bunk beds (the upper bunk is not suitable for children under 6). Two bathrooms with showers and toilets ensure maximum comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, two refrigerators, and a dishwasher. A TV and Wi-Fi connection are available for your convenience. The property also includes a private garage. Heating and hot water are provided by individual electric systems.
