Nestled in the heart of a former Creole orchard and situated near an avocado tree, L'Avocat I invites you to a timeless escape. This Réunion-style bungalow offers all the comforts for a peaceful stay: two double bedrooms that can be converted into single beds, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a sofa with sea views on the 20m² panoramic terrace, ideal for enjoying the sunset. Located in Les Avirons, in a peaceful setting close to amenities, it has private parking. A haven of peace to discover Réunion Island in a different way. Please note: The property has direct access to a food truck area (Creole cuisine, pizza, grilled food, etc.) for meals, as well as a bar/café below. You will also have access to a pétanque court to share with other residents. Finally, we have our own car rental agency; please feel free to contact us if you wish to reserve a vehicle directly on site.

Below the grounds, the owner's house, dating from 1933, can be visited during your stay for an immersion in traditional Réunion culture.
