Ski-in/ski-out access. A children's and beginner slope with a magic carpet lift is located right outside the balcony. A ski locker is also provided.
The village center and its shops are a 5-minute walk away, and the Piou Piou Club and the ESF ski school are a 10-minute walk.

The apartment features a living room with a corner sofa that converts into a double bed, an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a hallway with two single beds, a modern bathroom, a separate toilet, and a terrace with views of the slopes and mountains.
