- Kitchen opened onto the living room: dishwasher, fridge, multifunction oven, filter coffee machine, Nespresso, kettle, toaster.
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (160x190 cm) + shower room + WC
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90x190 cm) with storage space
- Bedroom 3: 1 bunk beds for (80x190 cm) + 1 bed (80x190 cm) + 1 trundle bed (80x190 cm) with storage space (window can not be opened because of the view on the residence corridor)
- Bathroom and separate WC
- Additional Equipments: WIFI, stereo, washing machine with dryer, covered car park (height max 2m10), ski locker
- No pet allowed

The rental price includes: towels included, linen with beds made up, 1 kitchen towel, 1 cleaning kit (sponge, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, cloth), welcome products, charges (water, electricity, heating), cleaning at the end of the stay (except kitchen and dishes).

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Located in Arcs 1800, in the village of Chantel, a quiet area and a few minutes from the resort centre, the ESF and its shops with free inter-station shuttles. The bus stop is right in front of the Residence. Le « petit marché » store and Le Voga Goga Restaurant are located on the square of Edenarc.
The connection, between le Chantel and the resort centre, is available with the Dahu cable car in 3 minutes only.
