Two-room apartment equipped for 4 people, with a surface area of 37 m², located in the Les Souverains residence in Les Arcs 1800, with an east-facing balcony and ski-in/ski-out access.

The gondola lift to the resort center is 100m away.

The living room has a sofa bed for 2 people and a TV.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed (160cm).

The open-plan kitchen includes: a 4-burner ceramic hob, a combination oven (grill + microwave), a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a toaster, and a filter coffee maker.

There is a bathroom and a separate WC.

Bed linen and towels are provided (except for short stays and during the summer).

Access to the heated indoor pool with a paddling pool, the heated outdoor pool, the hot tub, the hammam, the sauna, and the fitness room.

Covered parking in the residence is included in the rental price.
Cleaning is available for an additional fee.

Non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.
