At your disposal: a fully equipped kitchen with a large TV, a living room with a large TV and home cinema system, a double bedroom (one 160x200cm bed + a cot with a mattress), a twin bedroom (two 90x190cm beds), a shower room with shower, and a toilet. Electricity is an additional charge. Pets are welcome with prior agreement from the owner (supplement of €8 per pet per day). Beds are made upon arrival with linens included. For your comfort, there is a large and a small towel in the shower room; an additional linen kit is available for €10 for the entire property. Four bicycles are available for rent; the price will be determined based on the length of your stay. There is video surveillance outside, focused exclusively on the gate at the entrance to the courtyard and the rear of the house facing the street. The exterior cameras can be deactivated upon request at check-in. Electric vehicles can be charged on-site via a designated outdoor outlet (€6 per charge). Located 16 km from Lac du Der, 50 km from Troyes, 38 km from Bar-sur-Aube, and 30 minutes from Nigloland amusement park, this charming, fully renovated, detached Champagne-style house, dating from 1800, is very quiet and naturally cool in summer (a welcome respite for our guests, especially during periods of intense heat). The house sits on a private, enclosed, and wooded plot of 2600 m², situated within a nature reserve where common cranes reside from October to March, halfway between Lac d'Orient and Lac du Der, and near the Étang de la Horre (2 km). Outside, the house features a covered terrace with an electric awning, two removable blackout curtains for privacy, and garden furniture with six armchairs and two sun loungers. Guests can also enjoy a swing, a badminton set, and a pétanque court.

You can park your vehicles, trailers, and other equipment in the courtyard of the house.

The price includes: Beds made up, linens provided. Fiber optic internet connection (Wi-Fi + TV Box channels).

The price does not include: Electricity (from October to June, €40 on average per week; from July to September, €5 on average per week), the €8 pet supplement (accepted with prior agreement from the owner), household linens, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning.
