This small, bright 65 m² villa is ideally located in the heart of Claouey, the first village upon arriving on the Cap Ferret peninsula. It's just a 2-minute walk from the Arcachon Bay beach and local shops, and a 5-minute bike ride from the Domaine du Ferret Balneo & Spa wellness center.

The cycle path leading to the ocean is also a 5-minute bike ride away.

The house consists of a bright living room with access to a south-facing terrace, offering garden views, a kitchen/dining room opening onto a south-facing wooden terrace, a shower room, a toilet, and two adjoining bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm), one of which has an additional single bed (90 cm).

You'll enjoy a lovely 400 m² enclosed garden, facing south, ideal for a wonderful summer vacation.
