Located on the waterfront, this authentic wooden cabin-style house enjoys a rare and privileged location: right on the water, with direct access to the beach via a private staircase. Fully equipped, it offers optimal comfort for stays in all seasons, in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The living area includes a welcoming living room with a piano and a fully fitted and equipped open-plan kitchen. This opens onto a beautiful terrace overlooking the Arcachon Bay and the beach, ideal for enjoying sunrises or sunsets in complete tranquility.

The sleeping area comprises a spacious first bedroom upstairs with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a dressing room, and a balcony offering breathtaking views of the Arcachon Bay and the Dune du Pilat. The second bedroom, located on the ground floor, has a double sofa bed (140 cm) as well as a mezzanine bed (120 cm) that can accommodate two children. A bathroom, separate toilet, and ample storage complete the interior.

Outside, the terrace is furnished for relaxation and al fresco dining: garden furniture, dining table, solar shower, griddle… all with direct access to the beach. Swimming is just steps away, ensuring peace and quiet.

Within a kilometer, you'll find numerous activities and amenities: oyster tasting in the charming villages of Les Jacquets, Petit Piquey, or Le Canon, and easy access to safe cycle paths for exploring the peninsula by bike.
