In Berry, between the Creuse Valley and La Brenne, you can enjoy the charm of the Bouzanne River (fishing, canoeing, kayaking, etc.) or the pleasures of a bike ride on the Green Way that runs alongside the Creuse. In the heart of nature, hiking trails are accessible directly from the gîte.
A Himalayan footbridge, 150 meters long and more than 15 meters above the Creuse River, awaits discovery.
Enjoy beautiful visits to Argenton-sur-Ceuse (the "Green Venice"), Saint-Marcel, Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, and Gargilesse-Dampierre, all medieval towns, or to Chabenet, the unique covered wooden bridge (the only one of its kind in Europe). This is the land of George Sand, whose centenary will be celebrated in 2023. Fiber optic internet and Wi-Fi are available in the gîte. Located on a quiet street in the village center, the house features a private, enclosed garden of 300 m² and a terrace, offering complete privacy. Ground floor: entrance hall, WC, living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge. Wi-Fi and fiber optic internet are available for remote work.
Upstairs: two bedrooms with double beds (140 x 180 cm) and a shower room/WC. A single bed (90 cm) can be added if needed.
Gas heating (metered) and electricity are also provided.
A baby cot is available.
Private parking is available for the property.
Fishing is possible in the Bouzanne River, 500 meters away (1st category).
