Studio apartment with a sleeping alcove, approximately 24m², with valley views, located on the 1st floor of the residence. It features a balcony and a ski locker on the 3rd floor, providing direct access to the slopes and the ESF ski school.
The sleeping alcove includes two bunk beds (80cm x 190cm), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
The living area has a kitchenette with a pull-out double bed (80cm x 190cm), two electric hobs, a microwave/grill oven, and a refrigerator.
The residence is located at the foot of the slopes and has an elevator. The ski locker is on the 3rd floor.
Pets are not allowed.
