In Berry, 3 km from La Châtre, 15 minutes from George Sand's house, 10 minutes from the Dryades golf course and the Pouligny Notre Dame water sports center, in the heart of the Couarde Valley, the village of Le Magny (12th-century Priory) welcomes you to a traditional Berry farmhouse, fully renovated in 2022.
