The well-maintained residence features an elevator (accessible by 10 steps), landscaped gardens, and shops on the ground floor, all while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere.

Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by a bright hallway. The pleasant and functional kitchen opens onto a northwest-facing balcony, perfect for enjoying the cool evening air.

The living room is furnished with a round wooden table and four matching chairs. It benefits from abundant natural light thanks to sliding glass doors that open onto a 12 m² southeast-facing terrace, offering unobstructed views and a glimpse of the sea.

An adjoining lounge, which can be closed off with a folding door, also opens onto the terrace through sliding glass doors. It is furnished with a double sofa bed (140 cm), a large wardrobe, and an elegant rattan sofa.

The beautiful bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm) and opens through sliding doors onto a northwest-facing balcony, ideal for enjoying the sunset.

The hallway leads to a modern bathroom, equipped with a shower cubicle, a vanity unit with drawers, and a heated towel rail. The toilet is separate for added convenience.
