Entrance with kitchen and breakfast area, cupboard, independent cabin made up of bunk beds for 2 people, ideal for children, living room leading onto the 12m² terrace with quiet, open view. Bedroom with double bed giving access to the terrace through its window. The sofa in the living room can be used as a bed depending on individual preferences.
