Detached Périgord Gîte de France house of approximately 42 m² located below the owners' house. On the ground floor, you'll enjoy a bathroom (walk-in shower, washing machine, towels provided, hairdryer). Separate toilet. Go down two steps to access the living room with a kitchenette (dishwasher, oven/induction hob, refrigerator, and microwave), a dining room, a lounge area with two armchairs, and a TV. Wi-Fi is available. On the first floor, you'll occupy a bedroom with two 80x200 cm beds that can be pushed together to create a 160x200 cm bed or separated according to your needs (bed linen provided). In fine weather, an outdoor jacuzzi is available for guaranteed relaxation (off-season: on request depending on the weather).
The cottage is ideal for 2 people; however, it is not recommended for a baby who can walk as this cottage has several levels (steps).

Located in a green setting conducive to peace and relaxation, between the Vézère and the Dordogne, in the Vallée de l'Homme, in the commune of Le Bugue, 30 minutes from Sarlat. Its location is perfectly suited for cultural or nature-filled holidays, such as visits to castles (Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes, etc.), walks in the heart of villages, 10 of which are listed among the "most beautiful villages in France" (La Roque Gageac, Castelnaud, Limeuil, etc.), barge and canoe trips on the Dordogne and Vézère rivers, and garden visits (Eyrignac, Marqueyssac, etc.). Les Eyzies de Tayac, the capital of prehistory, is 9 km away, with numerous hiking trails.
You can enjoy two terraces, one on the ground floor and the other at living room level, and a barbecue. You will have access to a 4,000 m² private enclosed garden (wire fencing, hedges, and wooden fence), with a large gate for parking and a small entrance gate near the house.
