Description of the accommodation

Independent Périgord house gîte de France of approximately 42 m² below the owners' house. On the ground floor, you will benefit from a bathroom (walk-in shower, washing machine, towels provided, hair dryer). Separate WC. Go down 2 steps to access the living room with a kitchen area (dishwasher, oven/induction hob, refrigerator and microwave), a dining room, a lounge area with 2 armchairs and a TV. Wireless. On the 1st floor, you will occupy a room with 2 80x200 beds that can be pushed together to create a 160x200 bed or separated according to your needs (bed linen provided). In fine weather, an outdoor jacuzzi is available for guaranteed relaxation (out of season: on request depending on the weather).
The cottage is ideal for 2 people; However, it is not recommended for a walking baby because this gîte has several levels (steps).
Sheets, bathroom linen, electricity and heating included. End of stay cleaning €40. Located in a green setting conducive to calm and relaxation, between the Vézère and the Dordogne, in the Vallée de l'homme, in the town of Bugue, 30 minutes from Sarlat. Its location is perfectly suited to cultural or outdoor holidays such as visits to castles (Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes...), walks in the heart of villages, 10 of which are classified among the "most beautiful villages in France". (La Roque Gageac, Castelnaud, Limeuil...), barge and canoe trips on the Dordogne and Vézère, garden visits (Eyrignac, Marqueyssac...)... Les Eyzies de Tayac, capital of Prehistory 9 km away, numerous hiking trails… You can enjoy 2 terraces, one on the ground floor and the other on the living room level, a barbecue and 2 bicycles. You will have at your disposal a private enclosed plot of 4000m² (wire mesh, hedge and wooden fence), with a large gate to bring in the car and a small entrance gate near the house.
