Located on the ground floor of the owner's house with a private entrance, it is situated very close to the center of Le Blanc. It comprises a living area with a lounge and dining space, including a sofa bed suitable for a child. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for a comfortable stay.

The bedroom has a double bed (140x190 cm) and storage space.

There is a bathroom with a shower and sink. A separate toilet is accessible from the bathroom.

Outside, guests enjoy a private area within a shared garden with the owners: a pergola, a covered terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue—ideal for enjoying sunny days.

Two private parking spaces are available on the property. This all-inclusive accommodation is suitable for both leisure and business trips. The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable and controlled consumption - if the cottage is heated by electricity you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts).
