Charming, traditionally renovated house, detached and close to the owners' house. It includes a large living room with a kitchenette. On the lower floor: 1 bedroom (1 queen-size bed), 1 bedroom (2 twin single beds). 1 travel cot, 1 high chair, and 1 child's bathtub are available. Bathroom, toilet. Fiber optic internet connection (high-speed and unlimited usage).

Awning, terrace with garden furniture. Located on the edge of the GR13 (long-distance hiking trail) on its 800 m² of unfenced land, this cottage enjoys a very pleasant view of the unspoiled nature of the Morvan Regional Park and is located at the starting point of numerous hiking trails. Water sports are available on the Settons and Pannecière lakes, and fishing is possible (subject to regulations). Close to Château-Chinon, Bibracte, and Anost, and a 30-minute drive from the towns of Autun and Saulieu. Pets not allowed.

Heating and electricity are subject to a surcharge based on meter readings above 8 kWh per day.
Wood stove: €50/stere (the first 1/3 of a stere is free)
End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional €40.
Bed linen rental for a single person: €12 / bed linen for a double person: €16
Bathroom linen rental: €6/person

Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
- End-of-stay cleaning: €48.78 per stay
- Towels: €7.32 per stay
