This cottage boasts a lovely view of the unspoiled nature of the Morvan Regional Natural Park and is located at the starting point of numerous hiking trails. A charming, renovated house in the traditional style, it is detached and close to the owners' house. It includes a large living room with a kitchenette. On the lower floor: 1 bedroom (1 queen bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds that can be joined together). A travel cot, a high chair, and a baby bath are available. Bathroom, WC. Fiber optic internet connection (high speed and unlimited data).

Awning, terrace with garden furniture. Situated on the GR13 hiking trail on its 800 m² unfenced property. Water sports on the Settons and Pannecière lakes, fishing is possible (subject to regulations). Close to Château-Chinon, Bibracte, Anost, and a 30-minute drive from the towns of Autun and Saulieu. Pets are not allowed.

Heating and electricity are charged extra based on meter readings for consumption exceeding 8 kWh per day.

Wood stove: €50/stere (the first 1/3 stere is free).
End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional €40.

Towel rental: €6 per person.
